Telecom Use Case
Telecom products need to support a varied range of use cases across a wide-ranging spectrum. Automated tests tie in different nodes and components to test and execute multiple use cases. Validation of PaCo/EPC/5G nodes with these automated tests allows Rebaca to help players in the telecom industry to certify their EPC/5G products in the listed categories of quality checks.
Automotive Use Case
Most Automotive applications use a Hardware-In-Loop (a.k.a. HIL) system, which provides a virtual vehicle for systems verification and validation. Usually, a Sequencer (that generates or takes an input of a sequence file) is associated with a HIL to drive the Validation and Verification procedure. The BDD powered Test Automation Framework can provide significant benefits, by doing the tasks (as shown in the diagram) in an automated way.
Mobile app Use Case
Mobile application testing is considered as one of the major parts of software testing, as it verifies and validates the overall functioning of the mobile apps. Rebaca’s Test Automation Framework allows to test native as well as hybrid apps on real Android or iOS devices by integrating with Appium and providing a complete solution for the End-to-End testing of the Mobile apps. It allows the Automation engineers to perform parallel testing on multiple platforms resulting in comprehensive drill-down reports with artefacts like logs, screen captures, failure analysis etc.
OTT Video Use Case
Rebaca's Test Automation framework provides Codeless Automation for the OTT domain, where the Automation engineers only need domain knowledge (and no programming) to create the test cases. Common set of English-like DSL or BDD Grammars can be used across devices (Web, Mobile, STB), providing a standard language for authoring test cases on various platforms. CI-CD enabled parallel testing can be performed on multiple platforms resulting in comprehensive drill-down reports with artefacts like logs, screen captures, failure analysis etc.
Web app Use Case
Automation testing is extremely critical for any Web-based software to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and coverage of the software testing. Rebaca's Automated test of the Web app goes through every application screens with every use cases, tries various usage and input combinations, compares the results with the expected behaviour and records every artefact. Once integrated with the Backend, it is also possible for the Automated test to validate every action on the UI against the backend APIs or DB. All these can be performed within a CI-CD pipeline, on Multi-platform, Multi-browser environments.
IoT Use Case
With the increasing popularity of the Internet of Things, Rebaca is positioning itself as a major player in this field with an Automation Framework tailor-made for the IoT domain. Rebaca's Test Automation framework provides IoT specific App Service and Device adapters which can emulate any IoT node, generate traffic and validate all components in the different layers (Device, Cloud, App) of the IoT based solutions.
