Rebaca has been involved in developing of Service Audit System on Java
platform to compare the databases of billing with actual switch databases,
for all the customers and their associated services and generates report on
the discrepancy.
Features Implemented

SAS server caches the entire set of
customer information and the services from the billing database

Appropriate MML commands, API, etc can be
run by Sas to fetch customer data from switch database (HLR) and other
network elements database

SAS is compliant to query and collect data
from all different makes of switches e.g. Ericsson,Sierra Atlanta, Nortel,
Huawei, ZTE, CISCO, Lucent etc.

Based on the HLR database structure
belonging to the specific switch, Sas should be able to query the
following information and then compare the same with the data available in
the billing database:

Activation/Deactivation date and time on
switch of basic service (basic voice and data) mapped against each
customer.

Activation/Deactivation date and time on
switch of a VAS (value added services such as voice mail, internet, WAP,
BREW, SMS, MMS, Qchat, etc) mapped against each customer.
