Rebaca has been involved in testing the Remote Control feature of the applications developed for ISPs . The feature enabled the ISP to remotely control an end-user PC and troubleshoot it as and when required using VNC. This testing involved the setting up the ISP servers in the distributed environment and configuring it to enable the Remote Control feature.
