Rebaca was involved in developing a web-based application responsible for
diagnostics and automated trouble-shooting for clients of Broadband
Service Providers(BSPs). The Client has a browser component where the web
pages are rendered for diagnostics and trouble shooting. If a ready-made
solution exists; the appropriate component is downloaded from the server
and installed. If no automated solution exists, trouble tickets are
generated for further perusal of network analysts at the server end.
